Lazaros Kali

about.
Hello, I'm Lazaros Kali. I am a multidisciplinary artist, internet culture writer, and amateur digital anthropologist based in the Greater Montreal Region. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education (Specialization) from Concordia University and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Technologies at the same institution. My personal research explores the intersections of digital culture, media literacy, and educational practice, with a particular focus on how online environments shape knowledge, identity, and memory.

I teach Visual Arts and Digital Media Arts at the high school level, where I integrate contemporary digital tools and critical media frameworks into his curriculum. My teaching emphasizes creative expression, technical fluency, and thoughtful engagement with the digital world, preparing students to navigate and contribute to the evolving media landscape.

Outside the classroom, I am the creator and host of Archive The Void, an open-format show examining internet culture, digital memory, and the ever-changing dynamics of online spaces. The show is hosted on LazrWorld, my sister website, which also features a regularly updated blog dedicated to reflections on web history, digital ephemera, and the cultural impact of the internet.
